Boundray is operated from Rapid City, South Dakota, United States. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can manage your data. If you have questions, reach us through our contact page.

• Account information. Your name, email, and - if you use Google sign-in - the basic profile fields Google shares (name, email, profile photo). We do not receive your Google password.
• Project content. Photos, videos, maps, boundaries, annotations, notes, and any metadata attached to your uploads (such as GPS coordinates and capture time). Drone and phone photos often contain precise location data.
• Usage information. Standard logs and aggregated analytics that help us understand feature usage and fix problems.
• Payment information. Processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

• To provide and improve Boundray.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send service-related emails such as account, delivery, and support messages.
• To process payments for paid plans.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your project imagery in marketing without your permission.

Projects are private by default. When you publish or share a project, anyone with the link can see the map, photos, annotations, and boundaries you included. You can unpublish or disable the link at any time.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your interface preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete photos, projects, or your entire account at any time from within the app. Deleted content is removed from active systems promptly; backup copies may be retained for a limited period before they cycle out. You may also request deletion by emailing us.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Send a verified request through our contact page.

We restrict access to your data, encrypt traffic in transit, and use signed URLs for shared files. No system is perfect. If you discover a security issue, please report it to us privately through our contact page.

Boundray is a business tool and is not intended for users under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, for significant updates, we will notify account holders by email.
