Client accounts are free, forever. Anyone who is sent a project gets the full public map, gallery, and 3D view, can brand the page with their own logo and contact info, edit project details, and share it on. No card, no plan. Create a free account.

Storage
A typical 250-photo mission lands around 4 GB once web and thumbnail copies are made, and a Studio reconstruction adds 10–25 GB of ortho tiles and 3D model. Every plan includes an allowance, and Boundray shows your usage in Settings.
Need more? Extra storage is $7.50 per month for each 50 GB block, added or removed whenever you want. Nothing is ever archived, downgraded, or deleted on a schedule - your photos, tiles, and models stay exactly as uploaded until you delete them or close your account. Hitting the allowance only pauses new uploads.
Parcel lookups
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of parcel and owner record lookups: 50 on Explorer, 100 on Pro, Elite and Studio. Repeat views of a parcel you already pulled are free. Need more in a given month? Add a bundle - purchased lookups never expire and roll over month to month.

Cloud photogrammetry costs real money per image, so we bill it that way instead of burying it in a flat fee with a ceiling. Boundray quotes every job before it starts, and credits never expire while your Studio plan is active.

Subdivision-scale month
Example: an 800-photo subdivision flight costs about $35 to process on the 2,000-image pack. Bring your own processing output instead and it costs nothing - hosting, tiling, and the viewers are covered by the Studio base fee.
Questions
- Do my clients need to pay?
- No. Clients get a permanently free account. Operators and agents can deliver unlimited projects into free client accounts, and clients can add text, icons, and pins before sharing.
- Do I need a drone to use Boundray?
- No. Pro works entirely from county GIS data and satellite imagery - parcel boundaries, overlays, measurements, and 3D tours. Drone photos make it better, but they are optional.
- Which counties are supported?
- Boundray includes a nationwide parcel layer covering all 50 states, with owner names, acreage, and land value. Where we onboard a county service directly (including SD, WY, MN, NE, CO, ND, and NC) you get the freshest county records on top, and you can always import a KML/KMZ from your surveyor or trace a boundary manually.
- Are the boundaries survey accurate?
- GIS parcel overlays are not survey accurate without precision equipment - that is true of every product in this category. With the right equipment (RTK drone flights or surveyed ground control points), Boundray delivers survey-accurate files from your own projects, but the public GIS parcel lines are intended for marketing and orientation, and every public page carries that disclaimer.
- How does Studio processing billing work?
- The Studio base fee covers hosting, tiling, viewers, and share pages. Processing a mission is billed from a credit balance at a published per-image rate, and Boundray shows you the exact cost of a job before it starts. There is no monthly ceiling - if you fly more, you buy more credits. If you already process your own imagery, import the finished GeoTIFF or mesh and pay nothing for processing.
- How long do full-resolution outputs stay available?
- The raw processing archive (full-resolution GeoTIFF, mesh, and point cloud) is available to download for ten days after a job completes - download it once and it is yours forever. Your project itself, including web-optimized ortho tiles, photos, and 3D models, is never expired or archived by us.
- Do you ever delete or archive my data?
- No. There is no 90-day purge, no cold storage tier, and no automatic cleanup. You decide what to keep and what to delete, and everything stays in your account until you remove it or close the account. You can export or download your files at any time.
- What happens if I run out of storage?
- New uploads pause - nothing already stored is touched. Add storage in 50 GB blocks for $7.50 per month each, move to a larger plan, or delete shoots you no longer need. Published links keep working either way, and your current usage is always visible in Settings.
- Can I add teammates?
- Yes. Team plans start at 3 seats with shared workspaces, admin controls, and unified billing. See the team pricing page for seat bundles and per-seat rates.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly plans are month to month, and annual plans bill once for ten months of cost. If you cancel, your published links stay live through the end of the billing period and your projects stay in your account in read-only form.
